Community Partner Referrals

Valley Crisis Center is dedicated to being part of a violence free community. To that end, we work collaboratively with local agencies to provide services to victims and survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in Merced County. As part of this dedication, we accept referrals from outside agencies for our services.

Do you work with community agencies and have someone you think would benefit from our services? If so, please see the methods below for ways to refer individuals to our program.

During the assessment, Valley Crisis Center advocates will determine if the potential client meets our basic requirements. If they do meet them, advocates will then schedule services if the client would like them. Our services are voluntary, and we are unable to require clients to attend specific services.

Our services are confidential. If you are referring someone to our program as part of their case plan, please be aware that we require a Release of Information from the client before we can confirm services with you. If the client declines to complete a release, we will not be able to communicate.
