It's the Wi-Fi model.
I probably bought it around 2018.
There's no box or charger.
I've always had a screen protector on, but because I was drawing, there are fine scratches here and there when you turn off the screen and look closely. They're scratches you don't notice while using it.
Also, the screen has slightly discolored over years of use. (I tried to take a picture, but it didn't come out well. The right edge of the screen feels slightly darker?)
It functions perfectly fine.
