Si considera que Valley Crisis Center Advocates no lo trat\u00f3 con respeto, viol\u00f3 su seguridad o le neg\u00f3 servicios para los que considera que re\u00fane los requisitos, tiene derecho a presentar una queja.<\/p>

Hay tres formas de hacerlo:<\/p>

  1. Pase por una de nuestras oficinas para recibir un formulario de reclamaci\u00f3n y un sobre con su direcci\u00f3n y franqueo a nuestro departamento de Administraci\u00f3n.<\/li>
  2. \u00a0Descargue el siguiente formulario, impr\u00edmalo, rell\u00e9nelo y env\u00edelo por correo a P.O. Box 2075, Mariposa CA 95338<\/li>
